In-Person Registration

Our first in-person registration will be held on March 9th 2019 from 1-4 pm
At Rancho Bernardo Community Park- 18448 West Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA 92127

If possible, please register online prior to the event. This will save you time. You can bring your player contract, physical (must be on our form), two proofs of residency, copy of birth certificate, (2) 2x2 head shot.

If is okay if you do not have all the paperwork. We will meet with you see what you have and let you know what we will need from you in order to complete your child's registration.
